Step 1

Make Japanese rice on a stovetop or in rice cooker.

Step 2

Make sushi rice - Season cooked rice with rice vinegar then let rice cool.

Step 3

Combine kewpie mayo and shredded imitation crab.

Step 4

Gently spread rice on nori.

Step 5

Add kani mixture, cucumber, and avocado then roll long side of nori over to touch other side.

Step 6

Shape roll - Place bamboo mat on top of roll and gently squeeze.

Step 7

Place salmon on roll and slice into 8 pieces.

Step 8

Serve with shoyu and wasabi.
